Govt. Redefines Provisions on Health Insurance

As an implementing regulation of both Law on the National Health Insurance System and Law on the Organization and Administration of Social Security (“ Law 24/2011 ”), the Government has issued Regulation of the President on Health Insurance (“ Regulation 82/2018 ”). [1] Previously, these same matters were regulated under Regulation of the President on Health Insurance, as amended several times, most recently through the issuance of Regulation of the President (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 12/2013 ”), which have now been repealed through the issuance of Regulation 82/2018.
