Higher Education Institutions Required to Establish Task Forces for the Prevention and Mitigation of Sexual Violence

An increasing number of cases of sexual violence across the community, including within higher education institutions, has resulted in a lack of optimization as regards the implementation ofTridharmawithin said institutions. This, in turn, is contributing to the poor quality of said institutions. In response to this situation, while also taking into account the rights of all individuals to be protected from all types of violence, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 30 of 2021 on the Prevention and Management of Sexual Violence Within Higher Education Institutions (“ Regulation 30/2021 ”).
