The Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 227/PMK.04/2014 on Authorized Economic Operators (“Regulation”). In general, the Regulation provides guidelines for securing an acknowledgement from the Director General of Customs and Excise (“Director General”) as an Authorized Economic Operator (“AEO”) for customs and logistics related matters.
