In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) previously relaxed various policies in order to maintain overall performance and the stability of the capital market. However, the OJK has now issued Letter No. S-68/D.04/2023, which mandates that the pandemic policies previously introduced by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ PT BEI ”) will be gradually bought back into line with the original, pre-pandemic framework.
