In tandem with Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 110 of 2018 on Import Provisions for Iron, Steel, Alloy Steel and Their Derivative Products (“ Regulation 110/2018 ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has also issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on Technical Considerations for Imports of Iron or Steel, Alloy Steel and Their Derivative Products (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”), which addresses various matters relating to technical considerations (“ Considerations ”) for imports of iron or steel, alloy steel and their derivative products (collectively referred to as “ Products ”).
